"The Eastern Suburbs Real Estate market is vicious for a buyer, good properties often sell within days and there is no time to research to make sure you are buying the right property. I was struggling to buy in Bondi Beach, I was feeling overwhelmed and alone. I had a limited budget and very specific location requirements. "After a recent separation from my wife, I decided to look for a place to buy in Bondi. Whilst still running a business & finalising details with my wife, life was pretty hectic! I noticed many of the properties I liked were selling before Auction & I simply wasn't able to keep up! On one day I attended over 15 inspections!
