Our client was looking for a home, in a quiet street, yet within walking distance to city transport and shopping. They really wanted a home they could grow into, with future upside potential, however they also wanted to move in straight away.

Our client had been looking for a property for over a year, they knew this purchase would not be their forever home but would act as an investment home to live in for the short term, but would use it to leverage into their dream home in the future.

Our client made unsuccessful offers on 5-6 properties prior to engaging us.Their bids were used to push other people's offers up, and our client was tired of that happening to them. Our brief was to locate and negotiate a 3 bedroom character home, close to shops, amenities and transport.
